This is a special invitation for you to join us at our Fifth
Boll-Weevil Bash Festival on June 8th and June 9th, 2008. We are
planning to have a lot of things for folks to do, and have lots of
fun. We are having the festival from 6:00pm - 11:00pm Friday, and
10:00am - 11:00pm Saturday.
In order to have a successful program again this year, we need your
help. We need Crafters and Vendors to make our festival successful.
Again this year, we are offering you a special price on the booth
spaces. Outside spaces are 12' X 12' for $25.00 with an additional
$10.00 for electricity. (Example: 1 booth space with electricity is
$35.00) This price is for both days. We have lights put up to light
up the area. The show will be outside (in the City Park) and we will
have room for you to store your trailers and vehicle. All
reservations for booth space should be submitted no later than May
15, 2006. Any latecomers will be assigned spaces that are left.
There are a limited number of spaces inside the Fire Department
Building, these spaces are 10' X 10' and cost $35.00 plus $10.00 for
electric. All booth space is on a first come, first serve basis.
Please help us advertise our festival in your area by telling people
about it.

later that evening.
Don't forget to put us on your calendar for that time frame, and
send your reservation in as soon as possible.
Half of your booth space cost is required for the reservation, as a
deposit. The deposit will be refunded if the festival should be
canceled for any reason. Refunds will not be given for anyone
canceling their reservation less than 48 hours of the show, which
starts at 6:00pm on June 8th 2008.
